个人简介:
赵鹏涛,男,1990年生,讲师,师资博士后。2012年6月,毕业于西北农林科技大学葡萄酒学院葡萄酒工程专业,获工学学士学位。同年获推免直博生资格,师从著名葡萄与葡萄酒专家李华教授。2014年9月至2016年9月,受国家留学基金委资助,在美国俄勒冈州立大学(Oregon State University)食品科学与技术系和俄勒冈葡萄酒研究中心(OWRI)访问学习。2017年12月,获园艺学博士学位。现加入郭玉蓉教授团队,主要从事苹果、葡萄等农产品深加工及其饮料的风味化学的研究。
